TOUEY, M.S., Physical Education Certified by the American College of Sports Medicine Paul's academic knowledge and professional experience provides the foundation for a high-energy, safe, and effective personalized fitness routine. Paul bridges the gap between scientific principles and practical applications. Paul has recently completed the MAT (Muscle Activation Technique ) JumpStart program and can help restore muscular imbalances that may be causing pain and inflamation.
